  • Oversee consultants' and contractors' BIM deliverables to ensure compliance with client standards, ISO 19650, and industry best practices
  • Facilitate and monitor model coordination processes, including chairing coordination meetings and reviewing clash detection reports to ensure timely conflict resolution
  • Utilize platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and Revizto for issue management, model validation, and progress tracking across multiple work packages
  • Drive 4D and 5D BIM integration, collaborating with planning and commercial teams to support cost forecasting, change tracking, and performance analytics through dashboard development
  • Provide regular updates to project management and executive teams via BIM health checks, progress dashboards, and milestone reviews
  • Support digital handover and asset readiness by managing the delivery of COBie data and ensuring alignment with facilities management requirements
  • Champion BIM adoption across all project stakeholders, facilitating onboarding, training, and consistent alignment with the client's digital vision
  • Define and implement comprehensive BIM strategies that support organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives
  • Set up and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for effective information sharing and collaboration across the project lifecycle
  • Act as a liaison between design consultants, contractors, and the client to ensure project efficiency and effective communication
  • Perform quality assurance checks and identify defects in tools and workflows, supporting continuous improvement in digital delivery
