The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel facilities, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Job Responsibility-
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage transportation to their rooms
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the lobby and entrance area
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, such as calling taxis or arranging for airport transfers
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to lift and transport luggage
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
