Job Objective
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service in a café or coffee shop setting.
Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately and handle cash register operations.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about coffee types, brewing methods, and menu items to provide informed recommendations.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
