Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into bookings.
Conduct site tours for prospective clients and showcase venue capabilities.
Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts to clients.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through to event execution.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.

Event Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams (catering, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless event execution.
Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of on-site staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to promote banquet and event services.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and client interactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecast future bookings.
