B2B Director ( Man Power Supply , Riyadh )

Our client is in the Man-Power Industry with high potential , the ideal candidate should have experience in one of the man power supply providers , worked in the industry for 5 plus years in the Business Development / Sales function , has very good understanding and connections within the field.

The main Tasks include:

Set Financial & Business Targets – Define revenue, profit, client acquisition, contract duration, worker retention, and other KPIs, then cascade them to sales and operations managers.

Develop & Implement Policies – Establish and update departmental policies, procedures, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and effective communication of changes.

Monitor Performance & Operations – Oversee recruitment, onboarding, accommodation, revenue collection, and client servicing to ensure smooth business unit operations.

Client & Brand Management – Handle major client relationships, resolve key issues, and safeguard the company’s reputation in the market.

Leadership & Reporting – Regularly update the CEO on performance, align business unit plans with corporate strategy, and lead sales and operations teams to meet targets.
