NMK is growing and in need of an experienced and result-driven Product Manager – Video for its Riyadh office to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.


The ideal candidate should be an experienced industry professional, with a proven background in the AV industry. The candidate will look to boost top-line revenue growth, and customer acquisition levels and build long-term relationships with a willingness to travel regularly in order to work directly with clients in their own environment is priority. As part of our dynamic sales team, he or she should be comfortable in a challenging role that demands clear communication and presentation skills with significant experience in the Middle East.

Day to day tasks
  • effectively communicating & demonstrating with clients from both the design & product aspects with a clear understanding of the requirement and arranging regular demonstrations to prospective clients
  • brand sales activity within the KSA market
  • effectively communicating & demonstrating with clients from both the design & product aspects and arranging regular demonstrations to prospective clients
  • in sales activities including customer visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars, product demonstrations, and customer training seminars
  • demand for brands/products by demoing to end-users and able to lead and scale a team to grow this market segment
  • active in the local and regional market to support customers that may need after-sales service support or have technical queries
  • to win orders with most beneficial commercial and financial terms
  • for development and analysis of market information for strategic planning purposes
  • with Marketing Team to develop strong reference portfolios and promote the brand
  • a close relationship with technical support and application teams to support business
  • and report information on all competitive activity within the assigned territory
  • a monthly detailed business plan identifying sales objectives, sales opportunities, and sales forecasts for the Quarter
  • with the orders department to schedule purchase orders of the brand and ensure
  • accurate and up to date customer information on CRM/ERP system

Education, Experience, and Key Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, and knowledge of audio products
  • Should have knowledge of CRM/ERP system
  • A highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client’s needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication are required
  • A local driving license is mandatory
