The Front Office Engineer is the responsible for monitoring and first level troubleshooting of the Radio network within Service Delivery Organisation at Ericsson Managed Operation and also within scope of contract and secure that all the alarms are properly handled whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.

About this opportunity:
The Front Office Engineer is the responsible for monitoring and first level troubleshooting of the Radio network within Service Delivery Organisation at Ericsson Managed Operation and also within scope of contract and secure that all the alarms are properly handled whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
- Supervise RAN Network Nodes (2G/3G/4G/5G/TX/IP) Operation Status
- Handling Network Nodes alarms and Operation issues.
- Manage first Level Troubleshooting & technical support.
- Open trouble ticket for Network Nodes alarm/Issues, update it with required information, raise it to concern groups, and close it after verifying that accurate action is done, and alarm cleared/issue solved.
- Doing health check for Network Nodes following work processes (for example when: Received complain, Performance Trouble Ticket, request, before and after MDT…..)
- Handling MDT, Receive and reply to the communications to open/close MDT, update Nodes status, do health check for nodes before MDT start and after MDT completed, raise MDTs that exceed time.
- Receive calls and emails related to Network operations and act as per work processes.
- Raise incidents to Shift leader & other groups as per work processes.
- Work in Mobile Network Operations Control, which is working 24/7, 3 shifts a day or as per work Plan, work during weekends & Public Holidays
- All tasks and actions to be done within MS SLA & WLA
- Appropriate degree/diploma/BSc in Telecommunications.
- At least 1 year of experience in the RAN Network and Telecom Industry.
- Experience in 2G/4G/5G OR Transmission OR IP.
- Excellent knowledge of GSM & WCDMA and LTE.
- Good knowledge in Micro Soft Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure.
- Ability to multifunction.
- Fluent in English
