Your key duties

Our Riyadh Structures team is looking for an Associate Director to lead multidisciplinary project delivery, drive technical excellence, and inspire the next generation of engineers.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring exceptional structural engineering delivery across high-profile projects.
• Represent projects at client and stakeholder meetings, balancing technical and commercial priorities.
• Champion sustainable, low-carbon, and innovative design solutions.
• Mentor and grow our diverse Riyadh team, from interns to senior engineers.
• Play an active role in business development, building client relationships and winning new work.
  
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

• Proven leadership in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Chartered status with a relevant institution (e.g. ICE or IStructE).
• Broad exposure to diverse project types and materials.
• A track record of successful client engagement and business development.
