Responsibilities

The Associate Project Director will:

• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure effective execution of project strategies and operational plans
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for successful project delivery
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful integration and execution of all project components
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and enhance outcomes
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all projects adhere to safety regulations and best practices
• Communicate effectively with senior management on project status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
• Utilize toolsets for project management, performance tracking, and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field
• A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in project management, with significant experience in large infrastructure or construction projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within time and budget constraints
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Solid understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
