About Our Associate Product Manager (APM) Program
Our 12 month program elevates exceptional Saudi graduates into future product leaders.
It is a comprehensive and hands-on experience designed to accelerate your growth within the dynamic realm of Product Management.
You will work with an executive mentor to help tackle company-wide initiatives with key stakeholders and gain professional development while handling live business challenges, making a mark from day one. Successful completion of this program will lead to internal opportunities based on performance.
If you have a brilliant academic track record, are a proactive problem-solver, and are ready to push past what's possible, while executing with precision; this is the program for you!

Your role
- Work closely with our experienced product team, gaining valuable skills and insights into the field of product management
- Benefit from one-on-one mentorship and guidance from our seasoned products professionals who will support your growth and development throughout the program
- Gain practical and hands-on experience by working on real-world business problems from day one, making a direct impact on the business at an early stage of your career
- Receive training and professional development opportunities tailored to your interests and goals to set you up for success in your role
- Network with stakeholders across businesses at Tamara who have joined us from various industries and leading global companies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Recently completed your college or university studies between 2023–2024.
- Hands-on experience through internships/Co-op in fields aligned with our technological focus.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies
- Demonstrated project management skills
- The ability and want to influence and persuade others through constructing logical and data driven business cases
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A passion for learning and a desire to continuously improve your product skills at Tamara
- Able to read, write, and converse fluently in Arabic and English
