The Job in a Nutshell

We are looking for an experienced Associate Product to participate in the creation of new products and features, from the idea stage to launch.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in end-to-end project management. Your main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall user experience. Our ideal candidates should combine technical background with a Business Administration or Marketing degree.Ultimately, you’ll work with internal teams to build products that fill gaps in the market and increase customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Define and articulate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Drive the execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and initiatives to deliver on key objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with user experience designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality products.
• Perform competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and inform future product decisions.
• Own the product backlog and work with scrum teams to guide and prioritize development efforts.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, incorporating user feedback and research into product development.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Analyze product use and performance to continually refine the product offering.
• Serve as a mentor and leader to junior product team members, helping to grow their skills and contributions to the team.
  
  

What Are We Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of product management experience in a relevant industry.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Passion for products and an understanding of what makes for a great user experience.
