The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
• Supervise the procurement team, coordinating with stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
• Provide leadership, inspiration, and effective communication to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, maintaining robust reporting and governance.
• Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and resolving disputes.
• Manage client relationships, building long-term trusted partnerships.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in supply chain management, quantity surveying, or commercial management.
• Chartered or certified (MRICS, CPM, CIPS, CPSM).
• Experience managing large-scale project procurement.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
