Your Role And Responsibilities

As an IBM Consulting Associate, you will work with the latest technologies and collaborate with team members to create real impact for our clients and the greater world. You will have the opportunity to bring innovative ideas forward, put your transferable skills to work, and develop and learn new skills that will support your career growth.

Within your role as an Associate Consultant in Oracle you will:

  • Analyze business requirements and design customized Oracle packages to meet client needs
  • Participate on a consulting project or initiative and experience first-hand how we help transform our clients business
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their industry, challenges, and goals, and develop tailored solutions to achieve their objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Focus on clients' technical and business needs to co-create solutions that add value
  • Develop and maintain solution, project, and business process documentation related to the assignment/project
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and collaborative efforts to improve the quality and consistency of package solutions
  • Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work products while working under tight timelines and multiple priorities
  • Take initiative and support proposals and projects forward to achieve success for IBM and clients
  • Continuously learn and develop skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry and ERP space.

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Education: Strong academic background and Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Economics, or Business and Management and a passion for technology
  • Early Professionals Welcome: 0-2 years of work experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in creating engaging presentations using PowerPoint and other tools.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and data handling tools, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Soft skills, including attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote or in-person setting, using a range of tools and platforms, including JIRA, Monday.com, and Box.com.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Location and Eligibility: Must reside or have nationality in Qatar and be eligible to work for at least 12 months
