Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated graduate to join our Independence Function team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in compliance, risk, and ethics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the EY MENA Independence Function, ensuring compliance with auditor independence rules, including EY Global and local country policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support EY teams by demonstrating knowledge in auditor independence rules and EY policies.
• Guide teams through client acceptance and periodic independence procedures.
• Participate in the development and delivery of independence training.
• Build relationships with EY team members.
• Engage in independence monitoring programs and process improvement initiatives.
• Promote commitment to ethics, audit quality, risk management, and independence within the firm.
• Participate in additional risk management and independence projects as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Risk, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
• No prior technical knowledge is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
