Associate Director - Project Controls

The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assests, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities Mace is currently providing the programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people Leads PMO and project controls delivery across commissions and hubs, driving best-in-class service and team performance. Acts as subject matter expert, promoting Mace’s reputation through industry engagement, ensuring client expectations are exceeded and delivery remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with strategic goals You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead stakeholder engagement through clear communication, alignment workshops, and quality reporting
• Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that deliver insights into project performance, financial forecasts, and resource allocation
• Evaluate data trends, risks, and performance using advanced reporting and visualisation tools
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and actionable insights through structured analysis and collaboration
• Lead PMO and project controls strategy, delivery, and performance across assigned commissions
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients and teams on cost, schedule, risk, and change
• Drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement aligned with Mace standards
• Mentor teams, manage resources, and support net zero carbon transition

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification in a relevant subject
• Major project or programme delivery experience
• Professional membership or Chartered status
• Necessary criteria for visa requirements
