The Role

• Manage the placement, administration, and renewal of complex property reinsurance programs for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Serve as the primary client contact, delivering expert advice and strategic solutions tailored to each client’s risk and business objectives.
• Analyze and interpret exposure data, loss histories, and market trends to support negotiation and program design.
• Collaborate closely with brokers, underwriters, and internal analytics teams to ensure optimal program structure and pricing.
• Oversee contract documentation and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all placement materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key reinsurance markets and industry partners.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continuous improvement of internal processes and client service delivery.
  
  

Qualifications

• The Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Solid understanding of property or reinsurance concepts, with prior experience in insurance, broking, or underwriting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and market relationships.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and negotiating outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); experience with reinsurance or risk modeling tools is a plus.
  
  

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work to support flexibility.
