The project:
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on construction management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and subcontract packages.
Leads planning across medium- to high-complexity projects and portfolios, ensuring alignment with defined processes and strategic KPIs. Collaborates with project teams to verify tenders, monitor schedules, and drive profitable delivery. Manages planning teams, fostering continuous improvement and excellence across hubs, sectors, and strategic programmes.
You’ll be responsible for:
Driving a safe, high‑quality, and compliant project delivery, upholding Mace’s safety first culture.
Directing planning performance and ensuring effective scheduling across projects and tenders.
Shape strategy, support business development, and champion integrity and sustainability.
Developing, mentoring, and mobilising talent while promoting collaboration, innovation, and inclusive team environments.
Supervising the planning strategy and delivery across major projects and sectors.
Managing teams, driving performance, and being a champion continuous improvement.
Building strong stakeholder networks and influencing strategic outcomes.
Embedding sustainability, safety, and compliance into planning excellence.
You’ll need to have:
Degree in construction or a related discipline.
Chartered status or working towards accreditation.
Expert in planning tools and contract knowledge.
Proven leadership across complex, multi-sector projects.
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
