The project:
A Large multipurpose Venue for long-term use as a versatile hub for sports, entertainment, and community events in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead and manage the planning function across assigned portfolios, ensuring effective scheduling and monitoring.
- Deploy and implement planning and project controls procedures across projects and tenders.
- Oversee planning and scheduling for complex projects, including EVM and project control methodologies.
- Provide expert advice on complex requirements, delivering analysis and corrective measures to stakeholders.
- Create detailed plans and analyze trends using numerical and statistical techniques to support decision-making.
- Lead and develop the planning team, offering performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Support senior management in negotiations, contract development, and business development activities.
- Promote sustainability goals, including Net Zero Carbon, throughout planning and delivery processes.
You’ll need to have:
- Accreditation from recognised industry body (e.g APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA).
- Relevant CSCS Card.
- Middle East experience is an advantage.
