Associate Director - Planning

The project:

A Large multipurpose Venue for long-term use as a versatile hub for sports, entertainment, and community events in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead and manage the planning function across assigned portfolios, ensuring effective scheduling and monitoring.
• Deploy and implement planning and project controls procedures across projects and tenders.
• Oversee planning and scheduling for complex projects, including EVM and project control methodologies.
• Provide expert advice on complex requirements, delivering analysis and corrective measures to stakeholders.
• Create detailed plans and analyze trends using numerical and statistical techniques to support decision-making.
• Lead and develop the planning team, offering performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Support senior management in negotiations, contract development, and business development activities.
• Promote sustainability goals, including Net Zero Carbon, throughout planning and delivery processes.

You’ll need to have:

• Accreditation from recognised industry body (e.g APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA).
• Relevant CSCS Card.
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
