In this strategic position, you will play a vital role in the design and execution of mixed-use developments, aiming to create a vibrant community that blends residential, commercial, and entertainment spaces.

As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and implementation of mixed-use projects that align with Qiddiya's vision. Your expertise will drive collaborative efforts across teams to ensure projects enhance the overall visitor and resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of mixed-use strategies that foster community engagement and sustainable growth
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and stakeholders to design innovative mixed-use environments that integrate seamlessly with Qiddiya's overall objectives
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess potential opportunities and inform project direction
• Establish and maintain relationships with government entities, partners, and community groups to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives
• Drive innovative design and construction solutions that prioritize sustainability and enhance the mixed-use experience
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management, showcasing project advancements and strategy implementation
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in mixed-use development or large-scale real estate projects
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, regulations, and best practices
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and project feasibility
• Experience in collaborative environments and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
