The Project

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages. 

You’ll be responsible for: 

• Manage contractor and subcontractor performance, negotiations, and claims throughout project delivery.
• Oversee cost and contract management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and profitability.
• Direct site-based delivery and execution, ensuring compliance with commercial and legal procedures.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Guide and develop commercial teams, driving key outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Promote net zero carbon transition, proactively managing carbon emissions during project delivery.
• Advise on procurement strategies, contract administration, and best practice implementation.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in quantity surveying / commercial management (or equivalent).
• Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
