The Project
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.
You’ll be responsible for:

The Project
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead pre-contract commercial and tender management for giga-projects, aligning with client goals and governance.
- Develop procurement strategies for complex packages including early works, main works, and services.
- Manage full tender lifecycle: market engagement, documentation, evaluation, negotiation, and award.
- Collaborate with finance to validate estimates and ensure budget alignment.
- Advise on contracting models, pricing strategies, and contract execution.
- Apply expertise in FIDIC contracts and payment mechanisms for post-contract management.
- Engage supply chain to negotiate terms, mitigate risks, and secure value.
- Degree in quantity surveying / commercial management (or equivalent).
- Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
- Middle East experience is an advantage.
