The project:

A Large multipurpose Venue for long-term use as a versatile hub for sports, entertainment, and community events in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead implementation and delivery of PMO and Project Controls services across assigned commissions.
• Design and maintain effective PMO and Project Controls frameworks, strategies, and governance structures.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert, advising clients and managing consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Oversee cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with objectives and escalation protocols.
• Develop and manage project baselines (scope, time, cost, risk) and monitor performance, including Quantitative Risk Analysis.
• Provide line management, mentoring, and career development for junior PMO and Project Controls staff.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement aligned with industry best practices and service excellence.
• Support sustainability goals, including Net Zero Carbon, throughout project delivery and operations.

You’ll need to have:

• Expert knowledge of PMO and Project Controls tools, techniques and software.
• Chartered status (or equivalent) and/or membership of professional a relevant professional institution.
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
