The Project

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead coordination and delivery of a sub-programme aligned with strategic goals.
• Implement effective delivery environments across people, process, and technology.
• Drive performance improvement from bid baseline and monitor delivery.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, programme, and compliance standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as primary contact for senior engagement.
• Oversee risk strategies, programme documentation, and reporting.
• Promote collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Support commercial viability, business objectives, and net zero carbon goals.
• Mentor and manage senior team members.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture focused on outcomes.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Degree qualification.
• Middle East Experience.
