Assistant Manager - Security Excellence

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Security Excellence to elevate our security operations and protocols. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our security performance by implementing best practices, conducting assessments, and driving continuous improvement across all security functions.

The Assistant Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure that security measures are not only effective but also in line with industry standards and organizational goals. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures aimed at achieving operational excellence
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of security operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards
• Work closely with security teams to foster a culture of safety and vigilance among all staff
• Coordinate training programs for security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge in best practices and emerging threats
• Support the tracking and analysis of security performance metrics, recommending enhancements based on findings
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that security strategies align with overall organizational objectives
• Assist in managing security incidents and responses to ensure timely resolution and learning from occurrences
• Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in security management
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in security operations or management, with a focus on continuous improvement processes
• Strong knowledge of security standards, practices, and technologies
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training and influencing diverse teams
• Proficiency in using security management software and tools
• Certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are a plus
