The Assistant Manager - Policy and Process is a vital role within the Qiddiya Investment Company, tasked with the development, implementation, and management of policies and processes that align with the organization's strategic objectives. As part of a pivotal megaproject under Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, the role involves fostering a culture of compliance, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring that best practices are integrated across all departmental functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and standardization of organizational policies and procedures to ensure alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiencies
  • Support the implementation of compliance measures and governance frameworks to monitor adherence to established policies
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate staff on new policies and processes, ensuring clarity and understanding across the organization
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of policies and processes to adapt to changing business needs and regulatory environments
  • Gather data and insights to drive decision-making processes and support continuous improvements in governance and operational performance


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Policy, or related fields
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in policy development, process management, or compliance roles within large organizations
  • Proven ability to analyze complex processes and develop streamlined solutions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and ensure stakeholder engagement
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects of varying complexity
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
  • Familiarity with the local business landscape in Saudi Arabia is preferred
