Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our marketing efforts through data-driven insights and performance optimization strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop, execute, and monitor effective performance marketing campaigns that maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to improve ROI
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign performance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for performance enhancement
- Manage PPC campaigns and budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising
- Assist in the A/B testing of campaigns and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 - 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including PPC, SEO, and social media marketing
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to analyze and report on campaign performance
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
