  • Assist in managing the leasing process, including drafting and reviewing lease agreements.
  • Coordinate property tours and communicate with prospective tenants.
  • Maintain relationships with existing tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring lease compliance.
  • Monitor and report on leasing activities and occupancy rates.
  • Support marketing strategies to promote available properties and attract new tenants.
  • Collaborate with property managers and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure timely renewal of leases and manage tenant documentation.
