Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and skilled Assistant Manager - Cybersecurity Assurance to join our cybersecurity team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of our cybersecurity controls and assurance processes, ensuring that our information systems are secure and compliant with applicable regulations and standards.
Your expertise in cybersecurity assurance will help us to identify vulnerabilities, prepare for audits, and drive continuous improvement in our security practices, contributing to the overall resilience of the organization.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cybersecurity assessments, audits, and evaluations of information security controls, policies, and practices
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Develop and implement assurance frameworks and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of cybersecurity practices
- Assist in preparing audit reports, outlining deficiencies, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement
- Monitor and assess the implementation of corrective actions arising from audit findings
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and compliance regulations to inform assurance strategies
- Support the development and delivery of training and awareness programs related to cybersecurity assurance and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity assurance, auditing, or compliance roles
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
- Experience in conducting audits and assessments related to information security
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)) are a plus
