As part of this transformative project, the Assistant Manager - Compliance & Audit plays a critical role in ensuring that all processes align with regulatory requirements, promoting ethical practices, and enhancing transparency across the organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance and audit strategies that drive organizational performance. You will also oversee audit activities, assess risks, and ensure compliance with both local and international laws and standards, safeguarding the company's integrity and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the formulation and execution of the compliance and audit plans for Qiddiya Investment Company
  • Conduct internal audits across various departments, providing independent evaluations of efficiency, compliance, and risk management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of risk and implement necessary controls to mitigate them
  • Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms for audit findings and compliance issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution
  • Support the training and development of staff in compliance practices and ethical standards


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or related fields, ideally within large-scale projects or the entertainment sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) would be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, audit methodologies, and risk management practices
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management at all levels and provide clear recommendations based on audit findings
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic seen as a significant plus
  • Experience working in the Saudi Arabian regulatory environment is highly desirable
