Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager - BI Architect to contribute to our data-driven initiatives. This role focuses on designing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that drive actionable insights across the organization. You will be responsible for creating dynamic visualizations, optimizing reporting processes, and ensuring that our BI architecture meets the evolving needs of the business.

- Lead the development and maintenance of BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective BI solutions
- Design and optimize data models to ensure a seamless data flow and high performance for BI applications
- Implement data governance practices and ensure data quality and integrity across BI solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their ability to leverage BI tools for decision-making
- Mentor and guide junior BI developers to foster their growth and development in the BI space
- Stay up-to-date with emerging BI technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our BI capabilities
- Monitor and analyze BI system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with the IT team to integrate BI solutions with existing systems and ensure security protocols are in place
- Manage stakeholders' expectations and ensure timely delivery of BI solutions that align with corporate objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members is a plus
