Assistant Manager Acquisitions Contracts

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with acquisitions team to confirm deal terms
  • Ensure all related legal documents are received and regulatory requirements are met
  • Draft agreements based on MBC template and/or review agreements received from external parties
  • Exchange subsequent drafts with external suppliers and coordinate any adjustments
  • Work with CMS, legal, finance, and other teams to ensure deal compliance throughout
  • Track and maintain accurate records in CMS and Rights Management Portal
  • Obtain budget confirmation and approvals from all relevant stakeholders
  • Facilitate clean versions of agreements and cross before final circulation
  • Provide continuous and clear updates with acquisitions team throughout

Requirements

  • 5 Years of experience
  • BSc degree in Law or relevant field
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of contracts principles
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Attention to details
