About this opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Assistant to provide administrative support and service to the Market Area Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) CSS CU KSA NME & Glf. You will be an integral part of a diverse and inclusive team located across the geography of the Customer Unit spanning across countries in CU.

The position reports to the Head of CSS CU MEA North.


What you will do:

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support to the EMEA CSS CU KSA NME & Glf with calendar management, diary organization, and meeting bookings.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events, such as customer and internal meetings, workshops, and meetings with government authorities.
  • Gather information, create presentations, and capture meeting minutes, as required.
  • Assist in managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across Networks, as well as wit the Customer Unit and other global and local functions.
  • Generate Purchase Orders and process invoices through SAP.
  • Provide support for the use of Ericsson administrative tools and other general tools.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and travel expense claims.
  • Handle entry and exit administration and provide management support.
  • Drive improvement and implementation of administrative routines.
  • Uphold high standards of ethics, compliance, and integrity within the organization by consistently integrating ethical considerations into every action, guided by the principles of Purpose, Principle, and Perception (the 3 P's).


You will bring:

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant, Senior Assistant or in equivalent support roles.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Concur, Success Factors and other travel booking systems.
  • Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments supporting a Leader.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to think laterally and multitask effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Outlook, and conference equipment.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones. This position will be based in any of the CU countries.
