We're seeking 2 experienced General Strategy Consultants to join our team in Riyadh and help shape the strategic direction of one of the Kingdom's most significant cultural institutions.

The Role
Working under the leadership of our Project Lead and Head of Strategy & Planning, you will:
- Conduct a comprehensive review of policies, strategies and mandates to clarify the Museum's role, structure, leadership and mandate
- Lead a strategic assessment to uncover opportunities, address challenges and identify areas requiring corrective action or enhancement
- Reform and refine the museum's vision and mission, building on strategic work already developed by Barker Langham
- Define and validate strategic pillars in alignment with the National Cultural Strategy and Museums Sector Strategy
- Identify and articulate clear strategic objectives for the institution
- Develop a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and institutional effectiveness across a 3-5 year timeframe
- Support implementation of the strategy, operations and business plan during a five-month delivery phase, working from the Museum offices
- Lead and facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and presentations independently and collaboratively
Essential
- Minimum 5 years professional consulting experience (ideally more)
- Proven experience developing strategic and implementation plans for institutions
- Resident in Riyadh with availability to work from client offices as required
- Minimum 60% full-time availability (full-time preferred)
- Professional fluency in both Arabic and English
- Confident leading stakeholder engagement independently
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Experience in museum, non-profit, academic or service/experience-led institutions
- Understanding of Saudi cultural policy landscape and Vision 2030 initiatives
- Experience working with government entities or national institutions
- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Riyadh, KSA
- Commitment: Full-time preferred, minimum 60% FTE
