• The required candidate should be familiar with Pre- Contract, Post- Contract and Tendering stages.
• Consultancy/ PMCM with fit-out experience is a must.

1- Post Contract:

• Familiar with change management process.
• Measure the change Orders and issue variation assessment to suppliers/ Contractors.
• Assess monthly interim payment application and draft recommendations.
• Assist in Cost Reporting and Cash flow preparation.

2- Pre Contract:

• Familiar with quantification of fit out works ( ID and MEP) with an experience in CostX.
• Communicate with suppliers and issue RFQs.
• Assist with the preparation of pricing database.

3- Tendering:

• Familiar with tender analysis techniques.
• Assist in drafting Tender Evaluation Reports.
