Architectural Engineer/Inspector

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Engineer / Inspector to join our growing GCS Division. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in architectural design and supervision, particularly in finishing and fit-out works for luxury villas and high-end hospitality projects.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural works throughout project execution, and will work closely with project managers, consultants, and contractors to maintain high standards in line with architectural specifications and design intent.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure the execution of architectural works aligns with approved designs, materials, and specifications.
• Oversee and review finishing and fit-out stages for luxury projects such as villas and hotels.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients to resolve on-site architectural issues.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations on materials, design, and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports and site progress updates.
• Support the project team in QA/QC processes and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Preferred) or Diploma in Architectural Engineering (DAE).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the GCC region.
• Proven expertise in finishing and fit-out supervision of high-end residential or hospitality projects.
• Prior experience working with an architectural consultancy firm is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.

• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishing materials, and quality inspection processes.
• Familiarity with GCC construction codes, building regulations, and authority requirements.
• Experience using architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and site documentation tools.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in inspection and reporting.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills for addressing site issues in real time.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.
