المسمى الوظيفي: مبرمج Odoo

الهدف من الوظيفة:

تطوير وتخصيص نظام Odoo ERP بما يلبي احتياجات الشركة، من خلال تصميم وتنفيذ وحدات جديدة، وتعديل الوظائف القائمة، وضمان تكامل النظام مع الأنظمة الأخرى، بما يحقق الكفاءة التشغيلية ودقة البيانات.

المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية:

تحليل احتياجات العمل وتحويلها إلى حلول برمجية داخل نظام Odoo

نصميم وتطوير وحدات (Modules) جديدة وفق متطلبات الشركة.

تخصيص النماذج، التقارير، وسير العمل بما يتناسب مع العمليات الداخلية.

تطوير واجهات التكامل (APIs) وربط Odoo بالأنظمة والتطبيقات الأخرى.

إدارة وصيانة قاعدة بيانات PostgreSQL وضمان سلامة وأمن البيانات.

اختبار الحلول البرمجية وضمان جودتها قبل الإطلاق.

تقديم الدعم الفني وحل المشكلات البرمجية في النظام.

توثيق جميع التطويرات والتعديلات على النظام.

متابعة تحديثات إصدارات Odoo وتطبيق ما يلزم من ترقية أو تحسين.

العمل وفق منهجيات تطوير Agile/Scrum بالتنسيق مع فرق العمل الأخرى.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تطوير Odoo وإدارة مشاريعه.

إتقان لغة Python ومعرفة قوية PostgreSQL

خبرة في بيانات Linux/Ubuntu وإدارة السيرفرات.

القدرة على التكامل مع الأنظمة الخارجية باستخدام REST/SOAP APIS.

المهارات المطلوبة:

مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.

دقة عالية في كتابة الكود ومراعاة المعايير القياسية.

‏القدرة على العمل الجماعي والتواصل الفعال.

سرعة التعلم ومتابعة التطورات التقنية.

إدارة الوقت وتنظيم المهام بكفاءة.
