Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects, specifically for mall and commercial spaces.
- Prepare, review, and modify architectural designs, blueprints, technical drawings and municipality procedures.
- Ensure projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and sustainable design practices.
- Prepare comprehensive reports about project status compared to the time schedule and cash flow.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio in mall and commercial projects.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry tools.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
