HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Architect to join our Khobar Head Office.
The ideal candidate will have strong architectural design experience, proven work with local consultancy firms in Saudi Arabia, and solid knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have strong architectural design experience, proven work with local consultancy firms in Saudi Arabia, and solid knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed design and
- Prepare tender and authority approval drawings in compliance with Saudi
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to
- Liaise with local authorities to obtain required approvals and permits.
- Manage projects from concept to construction stages.
- Provide technical and design support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5–10 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and local authority
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
