- Manage and ensure the delivery of ADM contractual requirements.
- Develop the scope of work, design schedules, estimate costs, and provide performance reports.
- Supervise support or operational team activities and direct the allocation of work.
- Lead small projects and coordinate technical and operational resources.
- Manage ADM project teams while defining resource strategies and enhancing competency within teams.
- Monitor performance, manage conflicts, and implement changes to optimize overall performance.
