Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst - Events to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of various events that promote our brand and engage our stakeholders. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to events, contributing insights that guide decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of our event strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, including logistics, timelines, and materials preparation
  • Collect and analyze data related to event performance, including attendee feedback and engagement metrics
  • Support the development of post-event reports that assess outcomes and provide insights for future improvements
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure that event objectives align with overall company goals and branding
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for events, including budgets, schedules, and reports
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform and improve event planning processes
  • Assist in managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring that all logistical needs are met
  • Provide administrative support to the events team as needed, including scheduling meetings and coordinating communications


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning or a supportive role within a corporate environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with various stakeholders
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
