We are seeking a highly skilled Analysis Team Lead for one of our biggest clients, a well-known government entity in Riyadh. The role will be on-site in Riyadh, and it's for Saudi Nationals.

Minimum Experience: 8 years

Nationality Requirement: Saudi Nationals
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field
Certifications: Professional certification in Business Analysis from a recognized organization

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis team and oversee product analysis activities
- Deeply understand business and stakeholder requirements
- Develop and enhance documentation models such as system scope, system design, user stories, and other analysis-related deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements and link them to business objectives
- Conduct business and system analysis, identify impact and propose quality improvements
- Create analysis artifacts: project vision and scope, initial UI wireframes, business requirement documents, system diagrams
- Participate across the full system development lifecycle including acceptance testing
- Work closely with operations teams to monitor and analyze issues, offering effective solutions
- Analyze data and develop dashboards and reports
- Study the current environment and suggest improvements to achieve target future state
- Contribute to creating system guides: detailed design manuals, user guides, and operational manuals in coordination with the product team
- Saudi National
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the same or a similar role
- Strong ability to understand and translate client requirements
- Hands-on experience with the application development lifecycle
- Practical knowledge in system requirements analysis using various technologies
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong documentation and business process analysis skills
- Ability to innovate and suggest procedural improvements
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
