An exciting opportunity is available for Advisor III, Organizational Development, located in Jubail.

Report to: Manager, Organization Development.

Job purpose:

Assists more senior team members in providing OD support in analyzing, developing and designing organizational development interventions, programs and process to align HR and business objectives.

Role responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the development of policies and provides a business advisory, ensuring understanding of the OD processes.
  • Assists the OD team with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  • Assists the OD team with components of organizational change management within the organizations plan.
  • Provides support to the team in developing and implementing the established design principles.
  • Provides support on medium organizational restructures in accordance with the established design principles.
  • Assists with the workforce planning processes across a range of operational sites in accordance with the established principles.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • 5 years experience with Degree or 10 years experience with Diploma is desirable.
