As a Production Scheduling employee, you will be responsible for:

• expediting production planning, scheduling, and control operations to achieve production goals and conformance with delivery date commitments.
• monitors the flow of products through the complete production cycle.
• Provides timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders to the manufacturing floor in order to achieve both internal financial goals and customer delivery dates.
• Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
• Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
• Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.
• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and distributors.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.
• Expert in SAP System.
• Executes production according to the appropriate instructions.
• Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
• Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.
  
  
  

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have sound knowledge of assigned product and other product lines
• Have a minimum of 4 years of work experience
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the SAP System.
• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the petrochemical industry
• Have a Bachelor's degree or diploma.
• Display strong written and oral English & communication skills
• Have a sound understanding of plant safety
