We seek an Administration Officer to support and collaborate with different departments and assist in managing a range of administrative functions to support operational excellence.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:


HR Administration:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Maintain employee records, handle onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Support payroll processing by providing necessary documentation and ensuring accuracy.
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance and leave management.


Operations Support:

  • Assist the Operations team with day-to-day operational tasks, including scheduling and project management.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.


Office Management:

  • Manage office maintenance, liaise with service providers, and ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
  • Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital.


General Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives.
