Job Description

Organizing and attending Administration's meetings and other committee's meetings at the level of HQ and HN Facilities

Documenting and following up on all departmental and business actions and decisions such as (Administration Meetings and other meetings / committees, correspondence ... etc.)

Communicate with International and National external partner, companies, persons for Cluster investment projects and initiatives.

Organizing and attending Cluster's stakeholder meetings with External National and International Parties through virtual meeting or visits

Oversee Cluster's project correspondences, prepare, and review project related emails, letters, proposals, reports, presentations, meeting minutes and other documents.

Writing and preparing Memorandum of understanding, Collaboration Agreements for the clusters high management projects.

Assist in any Administrative tasks as needed.

Skills

Qualification Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in business Administration, Management or related discipline

Diploma in business Administration, Management or related discipline

Experience Requirement
