Job Summary.
Greeting clients and visitors to our office, giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, and handling a variety of administrative support tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor system.
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
- Computer Skills – Excellent Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent English Language Skills (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
- Diploma in IT, Administrator, Accountant
- 1 year of experience.
