Job Description

  • Provide the transportation according to the plan received by the departments (timing and number of people).
  • Support the execution of the activities related to the catering at the factory and monitor the catering provider.
  • Participate in the department meetings, support the employees and leaders in the topics related to Admin & Facilities.
  • Support the internal events in the factory, helping with the organization and execution.
  • Participate in the internal and external audits
  • Communication: Update the internal communication of the factory – TV, visual boards, support internal communication, creating visual communication for approval and implementation.
  • Relationship Management - Ensure the services that we are providing are up to the standard and the contract terms and ensure internal client satisfaction.
  • Reception/Services: Assisting the visitors / Receiving calls
  • Manage all the services related to contract (Invoice booking / contract management / supplier evaluation / supplier selection)
  • Responsible for analyzing and controlling the Admin & Facilities packages budget monthly, as well as planning the forecast.
  • Administration and Compliance
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are attended to and in compliance with BRF internal rules & regulations.
  • Preparation of PR/PO for all services related invoices / timely booking to avoid any deviation / Provision control.
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Academic Background

  • Diploma in Administration or Management / Engineering
