Your role and responsibilities
- To verify vendor invoices with PO and GR / IR
- To support in Business Continuity / Special Payments
- File AP records, performance reports AP Aging/Clearing Account (review). Compliance review
- Coordination with Vendors for outstanding AP / Dunning, Paid on Time review
- Monitoring of workflows systems, admin tasks, self-service portals
- Support in managing core and common P2P policies
- Monitoring of Debit Notes & Credit Notes (paper)
- Supporting Supplier Qualification
- Support in resolving IG disputes
- Coordination & communication within GBS & Business teams
- Support during month end closing & reporting activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or Finance, or Accounting or related field.
- SOCPA membership is required.
- Relevant experience will be preferred
- English language is mandatory.
