Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will get to play a vital role in our Accounts Payable function.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reviewing invoices for accuracy and proper approvals
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Ensuring bills are paid or negotiated by their due dates
• Entering transactions to maintain accurate revenue reports
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Assisting with the setup of new suppliers
• Generating monthly, quarterly, or annual statements
• Assisting the accounting team with other duties
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelors in accounting/finance plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
