Accountant

A leading legal consultancy firm is announcing a job opportunity within its Finance and Administration team, based at its headquarters in West Riyadh.

General Overview:

This role involves performing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position also includes contributing to certain administrative duties related to employee affairs within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and prepare accounting entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and follow up on accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare periodic financial reports.
• File and submit VAT returns.
• Organize and archive financial documents.
• Coordinate with the external auditor or legal accountant.
• Assist in payroll processing and preparing related data.
• Organize and maintain employee files and update their employment records.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in accounting and administrative work.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Good knowledge of VAT and accounting standards.
• Preferred residence near West Riyadh.
